for hygiene and insurance reasons I am unable to offer refunds unless your item is faulty or damaged.
To return a faulty or damaged item please get in touch before sending your items to:
Ivy and ginger, Unit 131967, PO Box 7169, Poole, BH15 9EL.
Once your item has been received your refund will be processed in 3 working days.
late or missing refunds
if you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. then contact your bank/credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
